Ruth Barrett-Danes will give a free illustrated talk "Opening the Door to the Mysteries of Print Making”.
Ruth Barrett-Danes is a printmaker with experience of all printmaking techniques.
During her talk she will lead you briefly through the different processes involved in creating prints including : wood engraving, woodblock, monoprint, monotype, dry point, mezzotint, collagraph, lithograph or etching.
She will explain and demonstrate the different techniques with examples from her own work.
The talk (with time for questions) will last an hour.There is no charge, but please reserve your place here.
